The primary function is to provide and deploy services as an Operations Coordinator to Samsung Electronics Australia Pty Ltd (the client).
The role is responsible for managing all IM team administrative tasks to ensure the Retail Field team are enabled to perform their duties, effectively communicating with the Retail Field team and relevant stakeholders, managing expenses to budget and proactively suggesting improvements.
Job DescriptionCoordinate a communications calendar and share with the relevant team members and key stakeholders within the business on a regular basis.Write and update appropriate communications solutions for the target audience.Support the administrative tasks associated with the onboarding and departure of field team employeesBusiness Card ordersEmail setupCoordinate merchandise and tools of trade for field/learning teamsManage the incentive trackerExpense Management preparation and follow-up of expense claimsProcess weekly expenses & fuel claimsInvoice ManagementAssist with Flights/Travel bookingsAssist in event management as requiredWork cooperatively with other internal and external partiesTranslate analysis and insights into a plan and actionsAssist in management of bespoke national lead programs such as promotersAssist with device management as requiredManage online tools for use in field/learning teamsManage and develop content and promote the IM Retail Enhancement Platform (intranet R.E.P)Assist in planning and implementation of national events such as team conferencePerform other duties as requiredDesired Skills and ExperienceA minimum of 2 years experience in planning, organising, presenting and reporting.A Diploma in business administration, retail or related field is an advantage.Advanced understanding and knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.Experience in related retail or administrative field.
