About The Opportunity
Programmed Facility Management is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to deliver service excellence for one of our key national client contracts across NSW in this highly administrative role. Based in the client office at Redfern, you'll play a key role in managing and monitoring subcontractors, financial and operational performance ensuring the works is delivered to the Programmed standards.
The responsibilities will include stakeholder management and contractor management while bolstering profitability and fostering growth within the contract by ensuring high service standards and nurturing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage works programs with subcontractors on behalf of clients
Manage subcontractors SLA's and KPIs in line with contracts and PFMs engagement
Coach and guide staff and contractors on safety, risk control and ensure their competency through ongoing training and work site audits
Ensure quality control across the contract
Manage commercial opportunities and work quality in the achievement of profit targets
Develops an appropriate business and customer focus within their contract
Take a lead in pursuing new business opportunities within the contracts and proactively control the management of costs
Develop and maintain existing and new client relationships

About You
To thrive in this position, you will have previous experience in an operations, facility management or contract management position. A drive to create continuous improvement across the contract as well as a natural aptitude for first-class stakeholder engagement. Additionally, you will demonstrate and possess the following:

Strong administrative skills and ability to multitask
High level of customer service and stakeholder management skills
A pro-active approach to resolving issues and excellent attention to detail
An excellent communicator with good written and verbal skills
Experienced in the management of subcontractors and suppliers
