We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Operations Coordinator to support and facilitate the daily operational delivery within our Geelong DeakinACTIVE facilities (Waurn Ponds & Waterfront).

The successful candidate will work closely with the Geelong Venues Operations Manager and casual staff teams to support key operational functions across DeakinACTIVE Waurn Ponds & Waterfront to ensure the expectations as per the contract between Clublinks and Deakin University are met.

About you
You will have:
Previous experience in the coordination and delivery of programming in the Sport and Recreation industry
Relevant & demonstrated industry experience
A hands-on, pro-active attitude
A vibrant and energetic personal energy
The ability to execute strategy / project plan
High level of planning and organisational skills
Exceptional communication skills
Proven ability to work and perform in a high-paced, active environment
Relevant qualifications including First aid and CPR
WWCC and current National Police check
