We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Operations Coordinator to support and facilitate the daily operational delivery within our Geelong DeakinACTIVE facilities (Waurn Ponds & Waterfront).

Responsibilities will include: Customer Service & Administration People Management and Leadership Memberships, Events and Business Development Facility Operations Stakeholder Management Workplace Health and Safety About you You will have:

Previous experience in the coordination and delivery of programming in the Sport and Recreation industry Relevant & demonstrated industry experience A hands-on, pro-active attitude A vibrant and energetic personal energy The ability to execute strategy / project plan High level of planning and organisational skills Exceptional communication skills Proven ability to work and perform in a high-paced, active environment Relevant qualifications including First aid and CPR WWCC and current National Police check Please do not delay in sending through your application with a cover letter and your current resume as applications will be reviewed as they are received.
