Take your business administration experience to the next level in this two year fixed term opportunity with the VBA.
Reporting to the Principal Advisor, Consumer, Systems & Improvement, this role involves coordinating and supporting the implementation and management of robust business systems to improve the operational productivity of the Division.
Responsibilities include overseeing systems for planning, monitoring, and reporting on divisional activities and priorities.
The position also involves managing systems related to risk and issue management, procurement, documentation maintenance, communication, and contract management.
Who we are looking for: Extensive administrative skills with the ability to self-manage and prioritise workloads, with competing deadlines and critical timeframes.Well-developed verbal, written and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise, negotiate and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.Ability to prepare presentations to senior stakeholders adapting delivery to the audience, facilitating dialogue on important issues and influencing a shared conclusion.Demonstrated ability to monitor project, financials, and supplier fees and able to effectively apply procurement processes.Tertiary qualifications in Business eCommerce fields or equivalent business experience.VBA Commitment We value diversity and inclusion in all forms - gender, religion, ethnicity, LGBTIQ+, disability and neurodiversity.
