Operations Associate

Job Description:

Virgin Australia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Associate to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. The Operations Associate will play a critical role in supporting the operational efficiency and success of our business.

Responsibilities:- Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth running of operations- Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals- Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers- Monitor compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards- Provide timely and accurate reports to management on operational performance- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations or a related field- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field- Strong organizational and analytical skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Resilient and confident personality traits- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Experience with project management and process improvement- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
