Operations Associate

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team at State Farm Insurance Cos. in Adelaide, South Australia. The ideal candidate for this full-time Associate Level position will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:1. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office, including coordinating schedules, managing administrative tasks, and supporting team members.2. Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.3. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.4. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and successful completion of projects.5. Maintain organized records and files.6. Support managers in various operational tasks.7. Assist in implementing and maintaining office policies and procedures.8. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement.9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

Requirements:1. Proven experience as an Operations Associate or similar role.2. Strong organizational and time management skills.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite.6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
