I'm Shaun, Operations Manager at Heartland Bank Australia, we're looking for an Operations Associate to join our team on a 6 month contract, based in Melbourne, Australia.
Is this your next role? You'll be responsible for completing operational tasks which support the growth of the business, including fulfilment, customer service and administration.
You'll also assist in ensuring the Operations team meets required service levels.
You'll play an important role in reporting and data analysis when required and contribute to the Operations team in product related and process improvement work.
You'll assist in documenting procedures, training, and working with both internal and external stakeholders.

With loads of initiative, you're a great communicator who's able to work independently and in a team.
Deadlines don't phase you and your accuracy remains consistent under pressure.
