Role Overview
As our Operations and Warehouse Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our services and warehouse. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, the fleet maintenance and repair, as well as maintaining our high standards of safety and reliability. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of urban mobility and make a meaningful impact on cities across Australia.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and manage local staff to ensure operational excellence.
Maintain, repair and manage our fleet of vehicles
Coordinate logistics, including staff scheduling, inventory management and supply chain management.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Monitor and analyse market performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, Government and key stakeholders.
Hire, train and provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to the local team.

Skills and Qualifications

An analytical mindset and a willingness to learn
Interest and experience in mechanical repair
Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Tech savvy, you will regularly use our app and digital tools
Attention to detail
Prior MicroMobility experience preferred, but transport, logistics or technology experience is also highly valuable
Strong leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
