The role of Operations Associate is primarily responsible for the following:
Assisting underwriters with the preparation and processing of new business, renewals, and endorsementsManaging underwriting documentation, including policy documents, endorsements, and other related paperwork, ensuring accuracy and completenessPerforming initial risk assessments and data entry for new applications and renewalsAssisting with compliance support, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirementsHandling broker enquiries and provide information regarding underwriting processes and policy statusActing as a liaison between departments for problem resolution and process supportCollaborating with offshore support teams to ensure quality service deliverySupporting the development of a data framework and operational effectiveness through data useAssisting with operational administrative support across business units Introduction
