Operations Analyst

The Operations Analyst will support the administration and daily operations of our clients global payment gateways and offices.
This role involves ensuring smooth transaction settlements, reconciliations, and managing of Payment Service Providers.Benefits:A competitive $80 - 85K remuneration Genuine personal investment and progression Luxurious and Modern office space Key Responsibilities:Act as the main contact between management, clients, payment providers, and payment gateways.Process client transactions, including funding and withdrawals.Verify, calculate, and post accounts receivable data daily.Generate and support month-end financial reports.Reconcile monthly transaction fees and ensure accurate data.Investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies promptly.Complete and test applications for new Payment Gateways.Review daily balances to ensure regulatory compliance.Work with finance personnel in other locations for timely reconciliations.Review and provide feedback on process documentation.Report any errors, risk events, or non-compliance to management.About you:Proven experience in a busy financial services environment.Experience in settlements/reconciliation.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Proactive, accountable and reliable nature.Strong accuracy and attention to detail.Writes and speaks with easeCapability to work independently and take initiative.Qualifications in Finance or business are advantageous but not essential.
