Making decisions based on data is in your DNA, and you are able to not only tell, but show, the rest of the business where our opportunities exist to be better across operations for the ultimate benefit of our customers.Key Responsibilities:Analyse current business performance and identify areas for improvement.Ensure accurate representation of our Station's ability to process and deliver packages daily while also addressing fluctuations and seeking opportunities for growth.Analyse historical data, trends, and business growth projections to establish short-term capacity needs. Additionally, prepare and present reports on capacity trends, utilisation rates, and recommendations for improvement.Develop and implement strategies to optimise operational efficiency.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to capacity utilisation and performance metrics.Conduct data analysis and make recommendations to improve productivity and profitability.Collaborate with various internal teams to implement process improvements and provide visibility on the capacity of across the network.Embody the three pillars of the "Control Tower" initiative—Control, Planning, and Execution.Identify potential risks related to capacity constraints and propose mitigation strategies.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in operations analysis.About You:Bachelor's degree in Business, or requisite experienceKeen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniquesStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide actionable solutions.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities.Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.Why Join Dragonfly Shipping?Competitive remuneration package based on experience.Hybrid working environment.Dynamic, team-oriented, supportive environment.Role progression and expansion both in Australia and Canada.Opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding business in a growing industry.Welcome to Dragonfly.
