Operations Administrator - Transport And Logistics

Randstad is currently recruiting for an Administrator position to join a large transport and logistics company on the Gold Coast for an immediate start.
Ideally, you will have experience within this industry - booking in freight or similar; however, not essential!
This is a full-time permanent position to start January 2025.
Key Duties:General administration duties and customer serviceBooking in freight, pick up bookingsScheduling and allocating time slot deliveriesLiaising with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are metAssisting with depot pallet controlEnsuring that all transport documents are correctly completedFirst point of contact for all enquiriesIdeally You Will Have:Previous experience in an administration or customer service roleMust be computer literate and experience using Excel to track freightPrevious experience in a transport admin role is highly desired; however, not essentialExcellent customer service and communication skillsYou will be joining a supportive company with on-the-job training.
