Operations Administrator

We are seeking an Operations Administrator to provide administrative services to our Service & Engineering Team.
Reporting to the Service Manager, your responsibilities will include: Manage the Engineering Planner.Supporting Timesheets for the Service Team.Liaising with customers and suppliers.Entering, monitoring and maintaining job data in the ERP & SharePoint.Supporting procurement activities.Supporting workflow of jobs.Employee Inductions.About You Strong administration, time management and prioritising skills.Working knowledge of ERP system practices.Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.About Us Our team consists of a wide range of experienced professionals, many of which have been with the business for many years, a testament to our people and culture.
