Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Northfleet are a market leading company in the crane, transport, bus and vehicle hire industry, supplying solutions to customers throughout the Southwest, Perth, Pilbara, and regional Western Australia.
We are looking for an experienced Operations Administrator to join our friendly team headquarters in Osborne Park.
You will be part of a busy and cohesive team, responsible for providing the highest levels of customer service to our valued clientele.

Working closely with our Sales and Operations teams, your duties will include: Establishing and processing customer vehicle hires Accurate and timely processing of customer invoices and credits Following up customer queries in relation to hire operations Assist with prompt resolution of customer hire invoicing queries Support the Sales and Operations teams as required Assist with DOT fleet licensing requirements
Education and Experience:
Relevant commercial vehicle hire, or related industry experience will be highly advantageous.
Exposure to hire industry / mechanical workshops / transport & logistics is desirable
Additionally you will possess the following:
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft office competency Attention to detail with fast and accurate data entry Excellent written and oral communication skills Exceptional standards in customer service
