About the role Reporting to the Operations Manager, this position is responsible for the day-to-day & assisting with the execution of Operational strategies as required.
Additionally, you will be responsible for: Support Operational Management team in developing and implementing Action Plans as well as support in delivery of Projects and initiatives across Operational team.
Coordinate and communicate team forecasts/results for senior management.
Prepare monthly Operational reporting summaries for workflow, Change request and ETS's.
Prepare reporting for monthly DBC Pricing reviews.
Screening and actioning of all phone calls and emails where required + preparation of Minutes and Agendas as required.
Organise team events/activities, travel, management of diary, appointments, meetings etc.
About you Strong administrative skills within a Housing/Residential Construction/Real Estate/Property business is preferred.
Excellent time management & organisational skills with ability to prioritise tasks.
Experience with Microsoft Suite and Microsoft Visio is preferred.
Demonstrated commercial acumen/awareness.
