What you will enjoy doing You will provide administrative support to management, employees and in some cases, clients and visitors Handling office ad-hoc duties such as answering phones, organising files, drafting letters and scheduling meetings Maintaining databases and tracking important deadlines You will plan meetings and arrange conference calls, as well manage calendars via email, phone and face-to-face meetings Further, you will answer emails with an appropriate greeting, salutation, signature, or standard closing Arrange travel plans for managers and employees, including flights, car rentals, hotel accommodation Initiate contact with suppliers, neighbours by email, letter, or telephone to gain information, answer questions or provide information concerning projects Follow up on issues until they are resolved What makes you great You will have excellent Interpersonal skills and are able to analyze data Expertise in MS office Proficient with office equipment is required Knowledge of Macros, database management, invoice handling(desirable) Further, you are quick at learning new technologies Commitment to safety is a must have Why you will love working with us BOC Is a Linde company.
