We are fiercely protective of our environment, pride ourselves on being a leader in sustainability, and our free school tours program sees thousands of school children learn about the benefits of dairy.The RoleThe Finance Department is looking for an experienced, hands-on Operations Accountant to join the team as a full-time member.You will be responsible for but not limited to the following:Provide insightful commentary on Operations performance identifying opportunities to drive cost savingsMonthly Reporting and analysis of the Operation businessCreate business case financials for operations Capex proposal, ensuring key risks and alternatives are consideredBudgeting and ForecastingYou will enjoy being an active team member, participate in any ad hoc finance projects, and provide support to other team members to ensure there is adequate coverage within the Finance Team.It goes without saying that you will be an active supporter of a safe work culture and practices and fairness in employee relations.We are seeking someone who has a strong FMCG operational accounting background, who has the ability to convey ideas and facts using language the audience will best understand.You will be someone who has a strong work ethic with attention to detail, who strives for high results and has a willingness to work in a demanding and rapidly changing environment.The successful applicant will hold a CPA/CA qualification, with three plus years of relevant experience in a Manufacturing/Logistics environment. A preference would be for someone who has had FMCG operational experience.Skilled in utilizing MS Office applications, Power BI (preferred but not essential).
