What your day will look like…. As the Operational Services Planning and Commissioning Manager, you'll oversee and drive critical operational service activities to ensure the smooth transition into the New Toowoomba Hospital. You'll manage the preparation and execution of strategic project plans, ensuring timelines are met and risks are mitigated. You'll lead a dedicated project team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and change management. Collaboration will be key, as you work closely with clinical and non-clinical teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance service delivery across food, logistics, environmental management, and more. With a focus on high-level stakeholder engagement and operational excellence, you'll ensure the successful commissioning of the hospital, positioning it as a model for modern healthcare services.
