Full job description Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne locations12-month Contract OpportunityDrive Prioritisation, Planning, and Operational ExcellenceDeliver integrated solutions across People Home & OperationsThe People Advisor, Org Change & Planning is integral to delivering efficient planning, prioritisation, and process improvement services across People Home & Operations. This role ensures initiatives are sequenced, resourced, and aligned with strategic goals, enabling the team to focus on high-value outcomes and operational excellence.
You will work closely with leadership to identify, prioritise, and execute initiatives while fostering simplification and efficiency. This role also involves making factual, data-driven decisions and ensuring robust planning processes that support the function's success.
