As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, you'll work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager (NUM) to oversee the Operating Theatres, taking charge in their absence to coordinate unit activities. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the coordination, provision, and evaluation of clinical care, all while fostering an environment of learning and collaboration.
