850+ top universities and schools globally have entrusted us as representatives, helping students find their dream education in Australia, USA, UK, Canada, NZ, and Ireland.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Handling student walk-ins for Abroad study destinations (Australia/USA), effectively addressing their queries regarding studying abroad and providing comprehensive consultancy with end-to-end solutions.Attain complete understanding of students' eligibility and suggest the most appropriate country, course, and university/college.Provide detailed and accurate information regarding admission and visa documentation and other mandatory requirements.Responsibly handle all aspects of the admission process from case filing with the university, updating the students through regular communication, visa application filing, and addressing any student queries.Stay updated with all changes in policies, procedures & requirements for destination countries.Follow up with potential students post their visit and ensure effective closure.Capable of preparing MIS reports as required by management.Supporting management.Desired Candidate Profile:Minimum 2 years of experience in Overseas Education Counselling, specifically dealing with Australia or USA.5 days working.
