We are currently seeking a passionate and energetic OOSH Nominated Supervisor / Educational Leader  to join our successful and well-established service at Scone .
Maintaining a work life balance, this position will be offered on a  permanent part-time basis , with the option of working split or block shifts (35 hours per week), across our before and after school programs and vacation care programs for children aged 5 – 12 years old.
Hours for vacation care programs operate between 6.30am and 6.30pm Monday to Friday (approx.
8 hours per day).
It would be an expectation to be available for most of these shifts.
EXPERIENCE/CRITERIA Proven ability in all areas of administrative procedure, curriculum development, parent and community liaison, staff professional development and training Understanding and working knowledge of WHS legislation Demonstrated knowledge of services requirements of the CCS (childcare subsidy system) and ability to perform software application for compliance Be willing to accept the role of Nominated Supervisor under the Children (Education and Care Services National Law Application) Bill 2010 and Education and Care Services National Regulations Demonstrated ability to successfully support the My Time Our Place Framework for School Aged Children with the centre curriculum Previous experience in successfully managing a budget for an Early Education or OOSH Centre QUALIFICATIONS Diploma in Children's Services or Certificate III in Children's Services (minimum of 3 years' experience) as identified by Australian Children's Education and care Authority Working with Children Check verification number Current First Aid Certificate, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training Child protection qualification If you genuinely share our passion for Childhood Education we would love to hear from you!
