Job Description We're seeking a passionate and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in QAL Gladstone, QLD,on a permanent, full-time basis.
About the Role
You'll play a key role in maintaining our onsite assets at customer locations.
With a wide range of equipment to work on—access equipment, compaction tools, materials handling, power generation, lighting, excavation, earthmoving, pumps, and more—this role promises variety and challenge.
Your day-to-day will include:
Conducting mechanical inspections, servicing, and repairs in the field (and workshop, as needed).
Logging jobs in our service module and completing all required paperwork daily.
Monitoring and recording parts usage.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers.
Desired Skills and Experience What We're Looking For
We're after someone with a positive attitude, a commitment to safety, and the following skills and qualifications:
A recognised mechanical trade qualification.
Strong diagnostic, fault-finding, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
The ability to work independently in the field.
Willingness to participate in an on-call roster.
