Onsite Property Manager - Live-in & Non-Live-in Roles Available!Onsite Property Manager Roles Available1 x Live-in Role1 x Non-Live-in RoleLocation: City FringeSalary: $80,000 - $110,000 + SuperJob Type: Full-time, PermanentAccommodation: Accommodation provided if live-in (2-bedroom apartment + utilities, including electricity and internet)The Role:We are looking for two experienced Onsite Property Managers to join a prestigious residential developer in city fringe locations. One role offers a live-in option with accommodation, while the other is a non-live-in position. Both roles provide a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to grow within a dynamic property management team.Key Responsibilities:Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of the residential letting pool.Coordination: Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance and major repairs.Collections: Manage arrears and ensure timely follow-up.Inspections: Conduct entry, routine, and exit inspections, providing detailed reports.Leasing: Meet with prospective tenants to show properties, explain terms of occupancy, and provide information about the local area.Contracts: Prepare and administer contracts for property services (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, security).Collaboration: Liaise with the Body Corporate and attend relevant meetings.Inspection: Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment regularly to determine maintenance or repair needs.Maintenance: Manage and maintain common areas, ensuring they are clean and presentable.Coordination: Work closely with cleaners, landlords, and tenants to ensure smooth operations.About You:Experience: Minimum 3+ years of experience in property management.Certification: QLD Certificate of Registration.Knowledge: Strong knowledge of property legislation.Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and high level of organisational skills.Communication: Outstanding communication skills and professional telephone manner.Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively and present yourself in a corporate manner.Licence: Current Drivers Licence.Flexibility: Flexibility to assist with Saturday work on a rotational basis.Benefits:Free onsite parking across all sites.Work in modern luxury apartment buildings with top-tier amenities.Be part of a lively, collaborative team, fostering a positive work environment.Very competitive salary to reward your experience and skills.Opportunities for career progression, with potential for growth and development within the company.How to Apply: If you're a driven professional with a passion for the property industry, we'd love to hear from you!
