Onsite Computer Repair Technician (Independent Contractor)

Job Description:
Digital Geeks, a leading provider of on-site computer repair and technical support services, is looking for experienced and self-motivated Onsite Computer Repair Technicians to join our team of independent contractors. Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on Apple and Windows computers.
Provide onsite computer repair and maintenance services for our clients.
Offer expert advice and technical support while delivering exceptional customer service.
Maintain detailed records of all repairs and services performed.
Uphold a professional and customer-friendly demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

Experience in diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues on both Apple and Windows computers.
Proficiency with a variety of operating systems and software applications.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Own a reliable, well-maintained vehicle for traveling to client locations.
Possess a valid State License.
Maintain insurance coverage for your vehicle.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly pay, ranging from $30.00 to $60.00 per hour.
Part-time schedule with flexible on-call availability, allowing you to manage your workload.

Traveling Charges:

Traveling charges reimbursed at a rate of $1.00 per kilometer after the first 20 kilometers one-way.
