**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Social Media Strategy Development:**
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Ramsay Health Care's branding and business objectives.
- Identify and analyze target audiences to tailor content and social media campaigns effectively.
2. **Content Creation and Management:**
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Develop a content calendar to ensure a consistent presence and timely postings on all channels.
3. **Engagement and Community Management:**
- Foster a strong online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and addressing feedback in a timely manner.
- Monitor and manage conversations related to Ramsay Health Care across social media platforms.
4. **Analytics and Reporting:**
- Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, measure the success of campaigns, and generate insights for future improvements.
- Prepare regular reports on social media metrics and present findings and recommendations to the marketing team.
5. **Collaboration and Project Management:**
- Work closely with other departments, such as clinical teams and communications, to ensure alignment of messaging and initiatives.
- Manage social media projects from inception to execution, ensuring timelines and goals are met.
6. **Staying Current with Trends:**
- Research and stay current on social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to optimize Ramsay Health Care's digital marketing efforts.

**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in social media management, preferably within the health care sector or related industries.
