**Position Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and creative Online Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. This part-time role is designed for an individual looking to leverage their marketing expertise to enhance QBE's online presence and engage our target audience effectively. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in online marketing and a passion for driving results through innovative strategies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Content Creation & Management:** Develop and manage engaging digital content, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and website updates, ensuring alignment with QBE's brand voice and strategic goals.
- **SEO Optimization:** Implement effective SEO strategies to optimize website content and improve organic search rankings, utilizing keyword research and performance metrics to enhance visibility.
- **Social Media Management:** Plan, execute, and analyze social media marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- **Analytics & Reporting:** Monitor and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and engagement metrics using tools like Google Analytics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve outcomes.
- **Collaboration & Coordination:** Work closely with the marketing team, as well as cross-functional departments, to create cohesive marketing strategies that enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- **Research and Innovation:** Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas for improved marketing approaches and outreach.
- **Campaign Development:** Assist in the development and execution of online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising, and promotional initiatives.
- **Customer Engagement:** Foster relationships with existing and prospective customers through targeted communications, feedback mechanisms, and engagement initiatives that enhance loyalty and retention.
**Requirements:**
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in online marketing, digital content creation, or related roles.
- **Skills:** Proficiency in SEO practices, social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- **Personality Traits:** Reliable, hardworking, and consistently meets deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
- **Soft Skills:** Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze problems effectively. A mindset focused on innovation with a willingness to adapt and implement new ideas.
