Online Customer Support Assistant

United Natural Foods is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Online Customer Support Assistant to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner- Providing product information, recommendations, and support to customers- Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction- Processing orders and returns accurately and efficiently- Collaborating with other team members to improve customer support processes- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers- Assisting with other duties as assigned by the Customer Support Manager

Requirements:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and customer support software- Time management and organizational skills- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs
