As an Online Customer Service Representative at Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients in an online environment. Your primary duty will be to respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media.

Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various online channels- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner- Provide product information and pricing to potential customers- Process orders, returns, and exchanges- Monitor online reviews and feedback to address any issues or concerns- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies- Meet or exceed customer service goals and objectives

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field preferred- High school diploma or equivalent- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Independent worker who can also thrive in a team setting- Critical thinking skills to problem-solve effectively- Leadership qualities to provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members- Dedication to providing exceptional customer service- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online customer service platforms
