Job Description:

National Oilwell Varco is seeking a passionate and hardworking Online Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience in customer service, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our online customers.

Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely manner- Process orders, returns, and exchanges with a high level of efficiency and accuracy- Monitor and manage customer reviews and feedback on various online platforms- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from order placement to delivery- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of our online customer care operations- Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers with their inquiries- Handle escalated customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred- Proven experience in online customer service roles, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software- People management skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams
