Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Customer Care Officer to join our team at Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via online platforms such as email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner- Assist customers with any issues or concerns they may have regarding their insurance policies or claims- Provide accurate information to customers regarding products and services offered by the company- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of customer service- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve the overall customer experience
Requirements:- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and take initiative- Confidence in dealing with customers and resolving issues effectively- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Proficiency in conducting research to address customer inquiries- Experience working in a customer service role, preferably in the insurance industry- Knowledge of insurance practices and policies is a plus
