Job Description:

Xerox is seeking an experienced and dedicated Online Client Service Specialist to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, the Online Client Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our online clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
- Manage online client inquiries through various channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Identify and address client needs, providing solutions and recommendations as needed
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism in all client interactions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and consistency in service delivery
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow-up actions
- Stay up to date on product offerings and promotions to better assist clients
- Work with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues
- Provide feedback to management on client trends and preferences to improve overall client experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or client facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with confidence
- Ability to work well in a team environment and manage people effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online communication tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
