Client Relations Representative - Work From Home

First Data is seeking a motivated and independent Client Relations Representative to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client relations.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication and providing exceptional customer service- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively- Analyze client data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded- Manage client accounts and ensure all necessary documentation is up to date- Provide support and assistance to clients as needed

Requirements:- Resourceful and independent, able to work effectively in a remote environment- Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and make informed decisions- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
