Online Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Arthur J. Gallagher is seeking an Online Client Service Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client service and a strong understanding of online platforms.

Responsibilities:- Manage online client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service- Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues and escalations- Utilize online tools and platforms to provide innovative solutions to client needs- Maintain client records and documentation in an organized manner- Contribute to the development and improvement of online client service processes- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in online client service

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field- 3+ years of experience in client service or a similar role- Strong communication and decision-making skills- Resilient and hardworking attitude- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Familiarity with online platforms and tools- Excellent time management and organizational skills
