Online Call Center Officer

Job Description:

VF is seeking an Online Call Center Officer to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, AU. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. As an Online Call Center Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online and telephone communication channels.

Responsibilities:1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.2. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.4. Provide product information and technical support to customers.5. Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet performance targets.6. Maintain updated knowledge of products, services, and company policies.7. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.8. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
