### Job Description

Goldman Sachs Group is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Administrative Associate to join our dynamic team in Sydney. This part-time position requires a resourceful and energetic individual with a proven track record of providing high-quality administrative support in a fast-paced environment. The Online Administrative Associate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations while assisting various departments within the firm.

### Key Responsibilities

- **Administrative Support:** Provide comprehensive administrative support to various teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements. Ensure all documentation is prepared in a timely manner and maintained with the highest level of confidentiality.

- **Communication:** Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Draft, edit, and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communications. Utilize strong presentation skills to assist with the creation and delivery of meeting materials.

- **Coordination and Planning:** Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and team offsites, both virtually and in-person. Collaborate with team members to facilitate efficient workflow, supporting team objectives and project deliverables.

- **Data Management:** Maintain accurate records and files in both physical and digital formats. Utilize software and tools to track project progress, manage deadlines, and ensure information accuracy. Assist in data entry and reporting as required.

- **Problem-Solving:** Take initiative in identifying potential issues and finding effective solutions. Leverage resourcefulness to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the team.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions, sharing ideas to enhance team performance and productivity.

- **Adaptability:** Be prepared to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a flexible working environment. Demonstrate a proactive approach to adapting to change and supporting the team in navigating challenges.

### Requirements

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience, preferably within the financial services or corporate environment.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with online collaboration tools such as Zoom, Google Workspace, and project management software. Experience with CRM and data management systems is a plus.
