We are seeking a motivated Online Administrative Assistant to join our team at Colgate-Palmolive in Adelaide, South Australia. As an entry-level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience and is part-time. Responsibilities:1. Assist in managing online platforms and social media accounts2. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service3. Organize and maintain digital files and documents4. Coordinate virtual meetings and appointments5. Assist in creating and editing online content6. Perform data entry and regular updates on company databases7. Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills4. Strong organizational and time management skills5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively6. Experience with online customer service is a plus
