Reporting to the Business Manager, you will work closely with stakeholders, including employers and our participants, to deliver tailored employment solutions. You will be working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, achieving great outcomes, and making a difference together.Site Location: ToowoombaRole Coverage: Toowoomba, Yarraman, Millmerran, Crows Nest, Pittsworth, Oakey, Dalby, Warwick & IpswichKey ResponsibilitiesProvide support to both customers and employers to ensure customers maintain sustainable and ongoing employment.Think outside the box and resolve challenges for both parties as they arise.Help employers provide a suitable and positive work environment for our customers & guide on workplace modifications.Effectively manage a caseload of ongoing support customers.Overcome objections, and break down employment barriers that exist for people with disabilities.Preparation for and involvement in Ongoing Support Assessments.Collating and preparing documentary evidence in line with contractual guidelines.Actively engage with customers to positively advocate the APM brand.Passing internal and external audits in line with Disability Employment Services contract.Am I suited for this role?We hire people who are driven and solution-focused with a can-do approach.
