The Role: As the Warranties Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warranty repairs across our product range. Working closely with our service team, suppliers, and customers, you will ensure a smooth and efficient warranty process that upholds the company's reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end warranty process, including claims submission, approvals, and repairs. Liaise with branches, managers, technicians, manufacturers and suppliers to ensure timely resolution of warranty claims. Oversee documentation and compliance to meet warranty and company standards. Coordinate with the service team to ensure efficient scheduling and repair of warranty-related issues. Maintain accurate records of warranty claims and report on trends or recurring issues. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing warranty-related inquiries promptly and professionally. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warranty handling efficiency. About You: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in warranty management, preferably within the earthmoving or heavy machinery industry; however, we are open to automotive experience as well. Strong understanding of OEM warranty requirements including expectations from multiple OEMs which may require different versions of photos, time repair guidelines, technical data including notes from technicians, specifications, mechanical systems and equipment repairs. Ability to autonomously prepare rebuttals to rejected or questioned warranty claims within a defined timeframe, under strict time pressure and dealing with multiple OEMs. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communicator, able to liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using relevant software systems for warranty tracking and management. Preferred experience in Pentana and/or ERA Power, SAP, or similar ERPs. Power BI experience would be considered an advantage. Excellent Microsoft Operating systems experience including Word, PDF (Adobe suite), Power Point, Excel, CSV files, WinZip, and conversion of one format to another. Why Join EEA?
