One immediate vacancy with the potential for further opportunities/appointments in the near future. What you'll do Maintain and operate the coal fired generating facility. Conduct preventative, corrective and emergency maintenance of all mechanical and electrical plant and equipment. Undertake diagnostics and corrective actions. Assist in plant start-up and shut down. Utilise computerised maintenance management systems to plan and coordinate work. What you'll need Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical Fitter) or equivalent. Ability to understand technical information, drawings and engineering data. Demonstrated high standards of competency and workmanship with a flexible work manner. Relevant experience within the power generation or heavy industry field. Loy Yang B – powering your career!
