RASA is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making. As a Data Analyst, you will leverage your expertise to extract valuable insights from our data, support our Salesforce implementation, and contribute to the overall success of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain and submission of scheduled reports within required timelines as determined by RASA federal and state funders. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators. Develop and maintain data visualizations to communicate findings effectively. Support data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights. Assist in data migration and integration from legacy systems to Salesforce. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security. Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures. Required Skills and Experience: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems If you're passionate about data and want to contribute to RASA's digital transformation, we encourage you to apply.
