We believe that a strong onboarding experience is key to long-term success, and we are looking for a passionate Onboarding Specialist to join our team.
This position plays a pivotal role in guiding new customers through their onboarding journey. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide training, and ensure they are set up for success with our products.
Roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Leading the onboarding experience and 1:1 guided session with customers, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to customer success. Providing expert guidance on how to effectively utilize our products to achieve desired outcomes. Serving as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the onboarding process, addressing questions or concerns promptly and escalating any issues as necessary. Assisting in the collection of customer verification documents, and maintaining accurate customer records. Creating and updating training materials, documentation, and resources to support customer learning. Monitoring customer usage, dashboards and scheduling follow up calls as required. Maintaining regular communication with customers to track progress and ensure satisfaction. Collecting and analysing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement with the product, customer success and technical teams. Working closely with the Customer Success Specialists, Support and Implementation teams to implement enhancements based on customer insights. About You Required qualifications and/or experience for this role includes:
Full authorisation to work in Australia without any restrictions. 1-2 years of experience in a support, customer success, or a similar role, preferably in a software or technology environment. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and customer relationship management (CRM) tools and onboarding software (i.e. Dynamics, Hubspot or similar). Experience with ticketing systems (Dynamics, Zoho, Zendesk or similar). Strong interpersonal and communication skills via phone, video conference and email. Experience explaining how to reach key goals using software with end users. Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner. Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously. A track record of creative problem solving for customers and end users.
