Onboarding Officer – APS 4Non-ongoing contract until 20 June 2025$73,821-$80,896 + 15.4% superannuation (pro rata)Baseline Security Clearance About the role Our Federal Government client is seeking an Onboarding Officer at the APS 4 level to join their Onboarding team which is part of the Employee Relations and Operations section. They are a dynamic team that fosters a positive culture that values innovation, creativity, and commitment.

Duties Completing and managing assigned daily tickets using our ticket management system in a timely and responsible mannerActively addressing enquiries through various channels from internal and external stakeholdersMaintaining proficiency in relevant systems like Aurion, ServiceNow, and Fit2WorkProviding guidance and support to stakeholders during the onboarding process and internal movementsAssisting the Employee Relations and Operations section with project activities to support Agency objectives This opportunity is within the Australian Public Service. In order to be considered, please note that candidates must be an Australian Citizen at time of application. The successful candidate must hold a current Baseline Security Clearance at time of application.
