We are seeking an Onboarding Coordinator for our Rockhampton office - working Monday to Friday.
Your key duties will include (but are not limited to): Facilitating the onboarding process for all new hires Preparing and issuing contracts, policies, and onboarding documents Coordinating uniform orders Setting up new employees in company systems Arranging Standard 11, Coal Board Medical, and any required additional training Managing and updating employee records Handling daily administrative tasks Preparing weekly reports for the General Manager To be successful in this role, you will ideally demonstrate: Training, Administration and Onboarding Experience Drivers Licence Certificate III in Business (desirable) What Titan can offer: Regular Pay Reviews and Career Growth Plans Paid Training and Courses - We invest in YOU!
