Currently listed on the ASX, this is an opportunity for a talented Property Manager to join their Residential Department that provides expert Property Management services to a top-tier development in the Inner West. Working amongst a fantastic team headed up by a supportive Director, this is a streamlined division recognized as local area experts.

The Role:
Managing a neat and tidy mixed portfolio of apartments and townhouses, this is an opportunity for a Property Manager to focus on managing a new development! This is a portfolio with minimal maintenance required. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

Managing approximately 200 PropertiesLiaising with Landlords/ownersManage repairs and maintenance issuesRental arrears managementManaging rent increasesCompletion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reportsPrepare claims for rental bondsThe Candidate: A Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License1-3 years experience as a property manager in Real EstateExcellent Customer Service & Communication SkillsAn Excellent Working Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy ActA Positive Attitude & Professional PresentationThe Benefits: Top salary + commission structureTOP TIER DEVELOPER!All properties are on-site and BRAND NEW!Professional yet fun working environmentGrowing companyTo Apply:
