About the business Our client is a major, multi franchise truck dealership group with multiple locations. They sell and service top performing brands and place an emphasis on having the most knowledgeable and best trained staff in the industry.
About the role We are looking to speak to experienced Parts Reps, Parts Interpreters or Parts Managers looking to take on an on-road repping role that will see them work with some of the best brands in the industry. You may come from a truck dealership or from within the Earthmoving, Agriculture or Automotive dealership or aftermarket parts industry, it doesn't matter - as long as you have existing Parts experience.
You will be responsible for:
Selling parts to customers around the North QLD region Expanding customer base and strengthening existing customer loyalty Canvassing assigned areas on a regular basis Ensuring customer's parts needs are being met Developing an in-depth understanding of parts inventory and using that knowledge to identify sales and upselling opportunities Previous exposure to Trucks in a retail or wholesale environment would be advantageous for this position. Candidates who have experience with brands such as Kenworth, Volvo, Western Star, MAN, Mercedes Benz Trucks, Fuso, Iveco, Hino, Isuzu, Scania, Freightliner or similar are strongly encouraged to apply. You will receive a generous salary of c. $78,000 + commissions & a parts van that can be used for personal use.
