Commencing in January 2025, the focus of this role is to support the local strategy and implementation of initiatives that grow Red Bull availability, presence, and brand in order to drive continuous volume growth, increase relevance and grow consumption across Australian festivals and events. Covering events (Tuesday to Saturday roster) ranging from music festivals, street parades, warehouse parties, block parties, open airs, after parties and specialist event venues.
The position will also play a vital role in the development and delivery of Red Bull owned events within festivals, sports events, bars and nightclubs. Responsibilities include constantly detecting business opportunities and trends in their area, building partnerships with event suppliers (organisers, promoters, catering companies, etc.), listing and quality execution of On Premise event infrastructure at 3rd party events, as well as possessing strong negotiation skills, and fostering a solution-oriented mindset.

Demonstrates that they are seen as a "Do it now" person by influential contacts, brilliant knowledge and leverage of all brand properties. A "can-do" attitude, hands-on mentality and talk about opportunities instead of challenges. Monitor image standards regarding the brand premium values of Red Bull. Live and breathe the events industry with attendance on key 3rd party and Red Bull events. Take responsibility for personal development and development. COMMUNICATION On premise know-how and Red Bull culture transfer to our customers. Permanent teamwork with On Premise team and maintain a constant exchange of information and best practices with Head of Festivals. Develop relative industry relationships (Promoters, Caterers, Logistics Partners, Agencies, Bar managers etc.) that results in business building initiatives. Track, record and evaluate all results of event activities implemented. Strong collaboration with marketing teams (brand, culture, sports, Red Bull Media Network) INCREASE AVAILABILITY & ACTIVATION Responsible for mapping and identifying new listing opportunities for Red Bull across the events landscape with their region. Maintaining existing partnerships and growing our presences at the event through marketing activations and POS. Train On Premise teams to ensure world class activation of marketing initiatives, POS and event tools. Development of new marketing activations to further impact the consumer and grow consumption of Red Bull Applying Industry Marketing initiatives to strengthen relationships with decision makers and staff. Development and the translation of national campaigns into the events landscape. Utilise resources and infrastructure (agencies, logistic partners, promoters) for maximum impact including the allocation of POS tools and monitoring their correct placement. RED BULL OWNED EVENTS Leverage the global Red Bull events portfolio for consumers & industry. Co Create, develop and deliver local Red Bull party & socialising events. Identify and deliver on opportunities to utilise Red Bull event assets from marketing teams (Culture, Sports etc). Collaborate with brand marketing to localize Red Bull party & socializing assets to the market (Key creative, POS, social media assets etc). Collaborate with brand marketing to develop impactful consumer activations to support and further increase the impact of our events. Collaborate with Red Bull Media Network to increase overall reach of the events. Close collaboration with On Premise Stakeholders to support the creation of action plans & adaption of tools to unleash local opportunities. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years industry relevant sales and/or event experience. Strong event and festival industry knowledge with existing network. Excellent planning and project management abilities. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to cultivate a positive team environment.
