We are looking for a paid media superstar who is ready to lead two of OMG's biggest client patches – Hearts & Science's suite of clients and a large automotive brand. Managing a team of experts, you'll develop strategy, work collaboratively with agency teams and clients to deliver world-class performance. We're looking for someone who is entrepreneurial, fights convention, and is excited to manage the transformational journey of this client.
You'll lead a team of specialists to deliver best-in-class service across SEM, Programmatic, and Social. You'll be an expert in one or more disciplines but have working knowledge across all three. We're looking for someone who wants to contribute to the culture of OMG Activations and make it the best place to work for your staff and colleagues. You'll be a client leader with experience developing and implementing an agenda. Finally, you'll be able to confidently lead relationships with clients and client teams.
Your Responsibilities: Be the senior lead across a variety of accounts, leading a team of high-performing digital specialists. Ensure clients receive a streamlined and coordinated digital strategy (and product) by working closely with the Business Management team. Lead your team, encouraging them to develop strong relationships with clients and suppliers to deliver the best possible outcomes. Cultivate strong relationships, know when to take the conversation "up a level" and drill down into the detail of the work that is being delivered by your team. Apply a thinker mindset to unearth strategic opportunity when speaking to clients and prospects. Your Expertise: Proven experience in a leadership role across digital activation, specifically paid search. Proven experience managing and mentoring a small team. Exceptional client management skills and experience in a client-facing role. Tools experience across Google Ads, Google Display Network, YouTube Advertising, DV360, or Sizmek. Proven ability to deliver analysis and insights in a fast-paced environment. Advanced presentation skills and storytelling ability to both technical and non-technical audiences.
