New Chapter Talent are delighted to announce we are working in partnership with Waverley Social Enterprises! Seeking a Marketing Manager to join this highly engaging team on a F/T, permanent basis.

The Organisation: Waverley Social Enterprises is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to creating employment opportunities for individuals living with a disability. Having commenced operations in 1984 with the aim of providing Supported Employment Opportunities for people with a disability. Waverley Social Enterprises has grown significantly since early 2000. It currently employs 330+ adults with disability and over 70 full-time and casual staff across 2 sites located in Notting Hill and Hallam. Their mission is empower people with a disability through innovative employment.

The Role: Reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer, the Marketing Manager will play a lead role in delivering strategic and tactical marketing campaigns across both B2B and B2C segments. Working alongside both the sales, fundraising and experience teams, this individual will be responsible in expanding the reach, building brand awareness, driving lead generation and engaging both business and consumer markets. This is a key role in driving revenue, supporting GTM fundraising initiatives, and promoting the Waverley Social Enterprises mission to a wide range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and support both B2B and B2C channels. Work closely with the Sales team to generate leads, optimise customer acquisition, and improve retention. Collaborate with the Fundraising team to craft compelling campaigns and donor engagement strategies. Lead efforts to position Waverley Social Enterprises as a leader in inclusive employment and social impact. Develop and refine messaging that resonates with diverse audiences. Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Ensure a strong online presence and engage with target audiences. Create and manage content across multiple platforms, including blogs, newsletters, case studies, and marketing collateral, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in both B2B and B2C sectors. Use insights to guide marketing campaigns and business strategies. Manage marketing agency partnership. Support the planning and promotion of events, workshops, and other outreach initiatives to raise the profile of Waverley Social Enterprises. Manage relationships with media, press, and other external stakeholders to enhance the organisation's reputation and visibility. Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, using data and analytics to optimise campaigns and demonstrate ROI. Key Requirements: Proven experience (min 5 years) in a Marketing Manager role, ideally within the not-for-profit or social enterprise sector. Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies / customer segments. Experience working closely with sales and fundraising teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives. Broader all-round marketing experience including brand, communications, PR, and digital marketing, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and online advertising. Excellent communication, storytelling, and brand development skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously. Capabilities to make the maximum impact on a minimum budget. Experience in market research, data analysis, and performance tracking. A clear passion for social impact and inclusion, with a strong alignment to Waverley Social Enterprise's mission.
